Shocker World Wide offers shipping via E.M.S. (Express Mail Service), which includes insurance and a tracking number for your purchase. We also offer a cheaper option – S.A.L., but please keep in mind that S.A.L. can take 4-6 weeks to arrive and does not include insurance or a tracking number. Please only use S.A.L. at your own risk – once the package leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for the package.
Normally, we ship out all package withing 5 business days of receiving payment, however, there are numerous situations when it may take a lot longer to process your orders. Many clothing items are made-to-order and could take up to 3-4 weeks to be printed. Usually you can find which items you may have to wait for in the item description.
Once shipped orders take, in normal circumstances, EMS takes about 3 to 7 business days to arrive at their destination (S.A.L. may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive). Please take into account that shipping times for can vary greatly depending on the country or region being shipped to.
Also note that shipping delays due to international postal carriers (or those within the country of departure or origin) cannot be helped. Any other customs tariffs, taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions about your country’s import regulations. Shocker World Wide cannot take any responsibility for these additional costs or delays in shipping. Your understanding with regards to these matters is appreciated.
In the event that your shipment has still not arrived after 1 month of being in transit, please submit an email to us and we will look into the matter. If you have ordered by SAL we, unfortunately, cannot track your package.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Please understand that once your order has been received by us it is almost impossible to cancel it. However, if you need to cancel your order for some reason, you could try to contact us immediately. If we have not yet shipped your item, we may be able to cancel your order. Please note that there may be a cancellation fee.
If you receive your items and you need to return or exchange your purchase (these must meet our return/exchange guidelines) then you need to contact us within 3 days of the items arrival.
If we are not made aware of the problem within 3 days of the package arriving, we will not be able to make an exchange or return (under any circumstances).
We can only accept returns or exchanges if the items are in new and unused condition. All tags must also still be attached. Only in cases where manufacturing errors are made will we cover return shipping charges.
For all other reasons, the return shipping charges will need to be paid in full by the customer.
