HOW TO APPLY TO RECEIVE THE SPECIAL SHOCK & HORROR PRESENT:

On February 13th, the 12th monthly set (“Horrorwood”) will be released – this will complete the set.
At this point, those of you who have purchased ALL of the previous 11 CD’s MUST send a photo of all of your CD’s & CD Jackets tomonthly@balzac308.com, proving that you have purchased all the monthly sets.

WHAT TO SEND IN
To apply for the special present you must send a photo containing the CD & CD jackets for S&H sets #1 through #11.
Also, don’t forget to include the following in your email:
- FULL NAME
- SHIPPING ADDRESS

Welcome to the new and improved Shocker World Wide website and shop!

Unfortunately, the server that Shocker World Wide was on crashed… and no backups were salvageable. Everything has to be built, once again, from the ground up.

Some things to note as we get the ball rolling:

1. This is a totally new shopping cart system, integrated through Wordpress.
I’ve heard good things about it and hope it will live up to the hype. It looks better, but it functions slightly different.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email me and I will help you out.

2. *All* user data from the original shop was lost. ‘Lost’ means we don’t have it anymore – it was *not* stolen, so there is nothing to be worried about.
This means you will need to sign up again to order through this new shop. Your old login info will not work anymore. Again, if you have questions, send an email.

3. We used to offer both EMS (a little expensive, but fast, insured and traceable) and SAL (cheap, no-insurance, untraceable) shipping options. Because of the new stores design we are only currently able to offer EMS shipping. This may not be the case in the future, but as it stands this shopping cart system is unable to offer two shipping options. So, we are going with the (much, much better) option of EMS only. Sorry for the inconvenience.

4. We still only offer PayPal payments – but please remember, you can pay with a credit card via PayPal checkout without actually having a PayPal account.

5. This shop is new… it might act funny, or cause some problems with the ordering process.
Please bear with us, as both myself and Akio are learning this new system right along with you.

If you have a pending order through the old SxWxW online store you *will* receive that order.
We have your payment and things will ship out just as they always would.
Two orders had to be cancelled because of out-of-stock items, but those customers should already have their money refunded.

That’s it for updates right now. I have added the current Shock & Horror set (Scapegoat), and the “pre-order” for the upcoming ‘Complete Legacy of Evilegend’ CD’s (there are three different sets available). More items will be added again when we are back on our feet.

This shop will allow us to try some cool things in the future, so maybe there is a bright side to all of the troubles…
