RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Please understand that once your order has been received by us it is almost impossible to cancel it. However, if you need to cancel your order for some reason, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet shipped your item, we may be able to cancel your order. Please note that there may be a cancellation fee.

If you receive your items and you need to return or exchange your purchase (these must meet our return/exchange guidelines) then you need to contact us within 3 days of the items arrival. 

If we are not made aware of the problem within 3 days of the package arriving, we will not be able to make an exchange or return (under any circumstances). 

We can only accept returns or exchanges if the items are in new and unused condition. All tags must also still be attached. Only in cases where manufacturing errors are made will we cover return shipping charges. For all other reasons, the return shipping charges will need to be paid in full by the customer.
