We offer three methods of shipping at Shocker World Wide. EMS (Express Mail Service), EMS (with items packaged in a box), and SAL (International Parcel Post). Please do not inquire about other methods of shipping, as we are unable to fulfil such requests.
Please note that tracking and insurance is ONLY offered when selecting either EMS service. SAL does NOT include tracking or insurance. Once the package leaves our office via SAL, we cannot be responsible for any damages or loss.
All order will ship from our office within 5 business days of receiving your order/payment. Please note that there will be delays if your PayPal payment does not immediately process.
Please take into account that shipping times for EMS delivery vary greatly depending on the country or region being shipped to. However, your items will most likely arrive within 5-7 days in most areas. However, it can take up to 3 weeks to reach some countries. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for any delays that arise once the package has left our office.
Shipping delays due to international postal carriers (or those within the country of departure or origin) cannot be helped. Any other customs tariffs, taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions about your country's import regulations. Shocker World Wide cannot take any responsibility for these additional costs or delays in shipping. Your understanding with regards to these matters is appreciated.
In the event that your shipment has still not arrived after 1 month of being in transit, please submit an email to us and we will look into the matter.
